About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Administration & Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in administration, customer service, or sales support. You will play a key role in supporting our internal sales team, managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of service for both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing quotations and providing pricing and product information
- Supporting outbound customer follow-ups
- Assisting the internal and external sales teams
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Providing general administrative support
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
About You
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is advantageous but not essential — training will be provided to the right candidate
Ultra Health Medical is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. We are experiencing strong sales growth and increased warehouse activity, creating an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to come on board immediately.
This position will commence on a casual basis for a probation period, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent role for the right person.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will play an essential role in ensuring our products are accurately received, stored, and dispatched while maintaining high standards of efficiency and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods using an RF scanner
- Coordinating and booking freight through various transport portals
- Operating forklifts (Reach forklift experience highly regarded)
- Loading palletised goods onto trucks safely and efficiently
- Assisting customers with order pickups and providing excellent service
- Occasional container loading and unloading
- Manual handling and lifting of stock
- Supporting general warehouse operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running
About You
- Proven experience working in a busy warehouse environment
- Experience booking transport and coordinating freight
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Forklift licence preferred (Reach experience advantageous but not essential)
- Ability to undertake manual handling tasks
- A current Police Check (must be cleared prior to commencement)
